The suites and the bedrooms are in the main building an the first floor, and can be reached via two Senese covered staircases.   To ensure comfort and wellness 

Each suite has great privacy and comfort; night and day zones are separated and in the coolest periods the wood stove provides a warm atmosphere, while the hottest days are cooled by air conditioning.
The large  bedrooms and the living rooms are cosy, with old furniture, sofa and armchairs, satellite TV, telephone and minibar; the  bathrooms - restored in 2003 with travertino marble - are equipped with tub, Jacuzzi shower box and hairdryer.
