Cookery lessons are held for 2 hours in the afternoon each twesday and thursday from 3.00 to 5.00 pm: from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 5 persons is requested. 

The dishes prepared during the lessons will be served at dinner, so the "students" can directly taste the rusult of their efforts.

Each lesson must be booked 2 days in advance, and, on Guests’ request, the scheduled subject can be varied.

Weekly schedule:

a) Twesday:  tipical Tuscan menu:  

~   appetizer(es: crostini)  
  home made pasta (es: cannelloni or pappardelle with meat sauce)   
  main course (es: meat loaf or cutlets with olive sauce) 
~   cantuccini

b) Thursday: vegetarian menu:   

~  appetizer (es: baked vegetables)  
home made pasta (es: vegetable ravioli or spinach dumplings)  
main course (es: vegetable or cheese pie)
~   icecream

   Dish choice varies according to the season  


On reques, in days and time to be arranged, Guests can have specialized courses on the following subjects:  


~   focacce e pizza
~   appetizer  
~   home made pasta and ravioli 
~   dumplings  
~   vegetable and vegetable pies  
~   desserts and chocolate
