With B&B+ facilities Guests  have at their disposal the apartment Casa Mora (garden suite) or the Cottage Cognino (dependance suite) with the hotel facilities (breakfast, cleaning, change of linen). 

In addition to the traditional B&B accommodation (i.e. suites and bedrooms)  a dining area with fridge, table and sink is available for snacks and for storing fruit, personal drinks and cold food, but, differently from the self catering, Guests can't cook and prepare meals, since the use of the hobs, oven, dishwasher is inhibited.
