romantic cottage, 250 mts from the main building, on a sunny south facing
slope, surrounded by olive trees; a private white road leads to the
cottage, which can also be reached on foot along the ancient Etruscan
road.
The cottage has a single and a double bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom, a separate toilet with jacuzzi shower, a living room with open fireplace, kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all the equipment of dishes and pots. From the equipped garden, due to his high position, Cognino has a lovely view on the countryside and the woods. |
